i never got a final awnser last time so here it goes this is what im going to do.

sunday- chest/triceps maybe little shoulders- focusing on heavy bench
monday-off
tuesday-back/biceps- heavy on deadlifts
wendsay-off
thursday-legs/shoulders- focus on squats
friday- off
saterday-off



HOWS THIS LOOK IM GOIN TO TRY TO BULK NATURAL FOR AWILE AND STAY LEAN MAYBE 3 DAYS ON OFF DAYS DOING CARDIO!

give it a 72 hour rest period bro....but if it is working for ya..go with it
 
Yeah, move shoulders to Sunday, and back/biceps to Monday and you're set. As Angry said, give it 72 hrs in between squats and deads.
