SP's on/off-season log

Have you ever gotten sick from it or is it g2g I am sure there isnt any taste to it?

It's tasteless pretty much. Tuna tastes much worse, and I don't even mind tuna. If you can drink a 500ml waterbottle in a few seconds like me, it takes the exact same amount of time to get a 500ml carton of eggwhites down...then you're done, don't have to worry about mixing whey into water/milk/whatever, cleaning your shaker cup, etc etc

Ok sweet I think I am going to try this I love tuna lol I eat it everyday

Spent the day tubing down a river...the sunburn is real. Should've gone to the gym beforehand, just couldn't drag my ass out of bed at 7 on a Saturday though...leg day was kind of half-ass due to every inch of skin hurting while doing...everything

Sat - legs - 10-15 reps
seated quad extension - three pause sets
highbar ATG squat - three sets - 10x275, 10x275, 12x225 - couldn't wear my belt, felt like it was tearing skin off my belly
seated calf raise - four pause sets
incline leg press - three pause sets - 15+5x540, 15x540, 12+3x630
seated hamstring curl - two sets - gym was closing

Probably have mild heatstroke, energy was pretty shit along with the sunburn but I'll see how I feel tmr. Trying pretty hard not to use the stims I know really work for me.

Another PM weigh in. Just went for a short session after family dinner with my s/o...got a nice half hour of light cardio walking on the track with her, then finished up the hamstring stuff I missed yesterday.

Skin is still lobster red and very painful to touch/move/think etc.

Sun - hams/glutes - 10-15 reps
30min LISS - track
SLDL - three sets - 12x225 each
seated hamstring curl - three sets - 12x120-140 each
few other random exercises to kill the last ten minutes before the gym closed

cable flyes - two drop sets
superset triangle tricep pushdown - two sets (heavy)

Sunburn slowly subsiding, still sleeping like crap so energy in the gym is pretty low...headache and all the fun stuff. Staring down my enemy right now, the 1L glass of water I'm trying to go through six times a day at work in addition to coffee, etc.

Wed - back - 8-12 reps
20min LISS - incline treadmill
deads - three sets - 10x315, 10x365, 10x365
superset machine row - three sets - 10x145 each
bent over barbell row - three pause sets - 12+6x185 each, ended with dropset for third set
superset decline weighted situps - three sets - 25 x 45lbs plate on chest
Had to leave at this point, client meeting at work...to do after work/later:
-pullups
-seated row or T bar row of some kind (I'll see what I can figure out in the weight room at my condo)

Yeah its pretty warm down here as well I have only been sleeping like 6 hours a day because of the heat fuck I have never sweat so much in my life l drink like 6 litres of water a day right now at least got to I am getting fatigue in the gym from the heat as well but I have a nice cool pool for later

This gets me excited for my next bulk. Keep it up bro. I like drinking my eggs too, but i drink the egg beaters from the carton. I usually have it at night, I put 1 scoop casein in the blender along with some egg beaters that will equal about 5 eggs (25g protein). Deelish.

That sunburn is making me itch and sore over here maybe have a couple days off or go light that may give your body some more or better time for growth. Whatyou workout 5 or 6 days a week?

I average 5.5-6 out of 7 days approx...anywhere from three to five days in a row, occasionally six or seven...then one day off, repeat. Light days might be an idea; I've been pushing pretty hard...not so much weight, but drop sets/pause sets, pauses, slow eccentrics, etc.

How much longer you running?

It's been a little over six weeks since surgery, but I was on for the month before that.

My goal/plan was to be 230 consistently, and solid by end of July...but if the scale doesn't start moving again I'm not going to extend indefinitely...instead I'll drop the EQ completely, test to 500/wk and cut to 215 then PCT sooner than I'd planned.

Sat - legs - 10-15 reps
15-20min LISS - track (walking)
seated quad extension - three pause sets
highbar ATG squat - three sets
seated calf raise - four pause sets
incline leg press - three pause sets
SLDL - three sets
hamstring curl - one drop set - calves/hams cramping :(

Purposely went a little over on calories, going to try something for the rest of the month, just modifying carb intake - big days (back, legs, chest) will be ~5.2k cal, smaller days (arms, delts) 4.6k cal, rest days 4.2k cal

Just checkin in brother!!

Hey used to drink my egg white all the time and then stopped due to a guy I know getting severely sick from doing so. Ive always wondered about pasteurised and non pasteurised whites. When drinking them raw do you want to get the pasteurised ones?? I realize keeping them refrigerated keep that bacteria from growing, but can both still contain salmonella?.

I actually just read some articles saying you can eat pasteurized eggs any way without issue, I read other ones saying pasteurizing REDUCES the risk of food-born illness, so who the heck knows. Non pasteurised need to be cooked through though. Eating the non pasteurized ones you run a higher risk of getting salmonella. You don't want that. Im not sure if all egg products must be pasteurised to some degree in Canada by law, but I read that in the US they do.
