Squat Cycle

Alrighty, i know what PB is gonna tell me lol im thinking too much..But aside from pussy i tend to think about my lifting and what i can do to up my total (a bigger dead would help too lol)..anyway this really isnt anything fancy but i wanna have a plan laid out for my next 12 week block which im already 3 weeks into..at the end of the cycle ill evaluate and see what kind of results i get..
This isnt a question of being over analytical i wanna be able to pinpoint where my results are coming from.. if this adds 50lbs to my squat and then i try something else and i only get a 30 lb gain well you can be sure im going back to the first cycle!! anyway heres what i planned:

1.290 +purple 8x2
2.315 +purple 8x2
3.335 +purple 8x2
4.398 +90# chain 8x2
5.435 + 90# chain 8x2
6.470 +90# chain 8x2
7.215 + green/purple 6x2
8.240 +green/purple 6x2
9.260 + Green/purple 6x2
10.470 +90#chain 6x2
11.435 +90# chain 6x2
12.398 +90#chain 6x2
13.Test
basically it breaks down to:
reg bandphase
reg chain phase
heavy band phase
reg chain but done in reverse
 
I just got off the phone with Joel, the box is going bye bye. I think i need something different, everything else is fine, my squat is suffereing big time.

its the first go with chains..so ill see how it is after the first week and if need be ill lighten them up..I dont think ill need to go heavier? lol

its all about making progress..if youre not seeing results then change..
lemme guess what he said 2x5 wide squats followed by close stance pause squats??? am i close? :)
 
we didn't get into it that much, talked about training in general, and shot the shit. We will see.
