1 word of advice . bad habits are hard to break , dont start walking back towards the rack until you have completely locked the last rep . it might bite you when the weight gets heavier .
didn't have anyone to ask to record me..so had to put it on timer shots and well..the cybex incline machine has the flat place nearest to the rack. blame the old farts who are sitting on the lat machines behind the rack..you can see it on the 200x4 shot.
