Stalled 9 weeks in... please help

I'm starting to really doubt my source. My best friend and I are on the same cycle, and it is the 3rd cycle we have done.
We are running:
test E at 750mg/wk 1-16
deca at 500mg/wk 1-14
dbol 50mg/ day wk 1-4
The cycle started with gear I ordered in march from a trusted site sponsor.I got 20ml of test E and 20ml of deca to meet the minimum order as a trial order. (to make sure I would get the gear before sending $1000) It came and we held onto it until august while we got our training and diet spot on.

Then I placed a second order from the same sponsor for the rest of the test/deca to run a 16 week cycle. It was the same sponsor, but their new line of gear. We kicked off for 4 weeks with dbol. We began seeing pretty good gains for the first 6-7 weeks. But the last 3 weeks have felt like we were on post cycle. Nothing like the previous 2 cycles of test E only where we only ran 500mg/week.

I am worried bc we started with the older gear and things went well, but now that we switched to the new line, things arent going well. Could my second order be underdosed?

We are going to go get blood work on monday, but any input is appreciated.

Also, let me clarify and say that I am not blaming the source. Only trying to find out how to fix this.

if you gained weight over the 1st 6-9 weeks and didnt up your calories to compensate for your new size its possible that the gear is not the problem. if you dont add calories as you get bigger on cycle you will plateau out . the bigger the machice = the more fuel you need.
 
You will have your answer after the bloodwork. But I agree with Dawg.....it's almost always your diet is too low in calories...That is, when you are ordering from a trusted source.
 
You need to continue to increase the cals. Plain and simple. You can't blame a source for gains stalling. If it was bunk you wouldn't have made gains.
 
Thanks for the input guys. We have been upping the cals, but maybe its still not enough? We have kept a really close eye on our diet... actually its been the focus of the cycle. We are trying to keep gains as lean as possible, but maybe in doing so we haven't eaten enough. I have been taking in nearly 4000 cals a day on average, including 2 shakes. My weight is up 4 pounds, but that is misleading bc I have definitely lost body fat as I went into this at around 16%. I currently weigh 192 at 5'10". We have been doing cardio 3 days a week. Like I said, I saw great strength gains over the first 7 weeks. I broke a pr on bench press at 315lbs.

I will try to go over 4000 cals and see where that gets me.

Again, thanks for putting my mind at ease. And after re-reading my post, its sounded far more accusatory than I intended. I trust the information and sources offered at this site.

Ease up on the cardio as well or continue as you are and remember if you are dropping BF and making gains that is pretty hard to do and will account for a good amount of gains. So either all out bulk or recomp like you are while slowly adding weight. Sounds like you are doing pretty good.
 
just for clarification...

what was your starting weight?? and what is your current weight?
 
I actually started at 190 on day one. But we started the first few weeks with heavy cardio and at the end of week 2 I was 187. We also started aromasin (6.25mg/day) at the same time which I think pulled some water off.

Tonight I weighed 193lbs and this is day 1 of week 10.

Also I would like to add, I ate some sloppy calories after seeing the replies I was getting and had a solid squat and leg press workout tonight. I think we maybe did have our diet so strict and focused on protein and complex carbs that we possibly aren't getting enough cals to grow.
 
I do not have a target weight weight in mind bc I wasn't sure how much body fat I could cut by keeping a clean diet. I was left with some abdominal fat after the first 2 cycles because I did eat anything and everything. My strength went up but in the end my physique suffered. After all was said and done, I ended up weighing 30 more pounds than I did before I cycled but my bf was way higher. It was nearly 1 year since the second cycle before I started this one. I had always been lean and seeing myself with a sloppy stomach disgusts me lol. So I decided this time I would keep my diet in check.

So with that said my goal is to gain strength and mass that is both quality and lasting and also improve my physique. Which is why I have kept the diet so clean.
 
So do you see the diff. in the mirror? As you could be dropping fat while gaining muscle. Without a b.f.% or caliper test -it'd be what I suspect is occuring. You said your diet is clean. 4 lbs off of the gear you're using seems a lil' low to me. I'd be curious to your bloodwork as well....

i'd get your diet checked for sure...

u might be putting on mass and dropping bf.. but better be safer about the manner
