I was told this is a high quality vet steroid which is winstrol. I believe it's an oil base winstrol. I was wondering is this safe for me to use being that I am a women? has any women used it?

there is no QV anymore..DEA closed them down back in 2005.

winstrol is water based or oil depending on the brand
