hey guys I'm new at this so asking some advise been working out for 5 yearsI weigh around 150 bench 315 (max) squat around 365 I am on a 7500 calorie a day diet but have yet to put any weight looking for cycle that will give 10 to 15 lbs weight gain also was looking for ttokkyo was told he was legit but this email does not work this was given to me awhile ago anyone know him
