Start my cycle Monday is it in place ?

Hello guys getting everything in place for my cycle can u take a look see what you think . And just to let you know I've been training 8 years and ive my diet is very good this is my cycle . I know the doseges are low but I'm not looking to get massive

12 week cycle :

12 weeks Test e 300-400 mg a week not decided yet

Week 1-4 Dbol 25 mg a day because that is the mg of tabs

Week 1-4 Armidex 0.50 eod

Week 4-12 Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 500ius a week split into 2 shots

Pct 14 days after last test shot is as follows

Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nolva 20/20/20/20
Daa 2mg a day


Ok so there it's is guys . Is there anything you would add or take away
Also is there any vitamins that shud be taken . Thanks for looking

well the first thing you should do is package that shit up and send it to me so i can verify the gear is g2g. :laugh4:
 
Ok guys my stats are . I'm 27 height 5.6ft weight 12stone 7lbs bf around 11% a lot of training experience and my diet is good . Should I take milk thistle or liv52 Thanks guys
 
enanthate at 300mg per week aint a whole lot more than just replacing a normal persons natural hormone production. 600 a week wont make you massive.
 
You have done your homework, personally I would up his test to 400, my first cu le in 1994 after 10 years of lifting, I did 400mgs test. Cyp from steris, ( any of you old timers remember Steris) and made tremendous gaines
 
I have to say it because if I don't someone else will: You do still have some room to grow naturally at 175lbs (why do people use stone?), but at least you're not like 140lbs claiming to be a PT. What that means to you is essentially I would look at diet first. You can still cycle, but without an optimal diet, you're literally pissing away your money. I'd toss up your diet in 3J's diet thread (please read the instructions first) and see what critiques he has to offer. If you're not feeling astute with your dieting skills, you can alternatively hire 3J to write up a custom-made diet tailored to your needs. ;)

With that said, I would drop the dbol from your cycle if this is your first time around, which it sounds like. You want to be able to gauge how your body reacts to exogenous androgens, and trying to discern which compound is causing you any problems can be tricky when running more than one compound at a time. Once you know how you react to testosterone only, you can start to introduce other compounds. If you decide to drop the dbol, I would also drop the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) down to .25mg EOD and increase it if blood test results indicate you need to increase your dose after 5-6 weeks. It would also be a good idea to get a blood test BEFORE you start your cycle, so you know where you're starting from.

IF you decide that you still want to run the dbol, I would drop that adex down to .25mg EOD once you're done with the dbol and keep it at .5mg EOD the four weeks you run it. Be aware of the symptoms of low estrogen if you do decide to stick with .5mg EOD for the oral, so you can make an adjustment before you completely crush your E2. Joint pain/lack of energy/libido issues/and issues with mental clarity are a few of the classic symptoms to watch out for.

Edit: I agree with posters above, 400-500mg is a much better place to start with the test dosage. How much you bulk is indicative of not only the type of training you undergo, but what kind of diet you are following while taking AAS.

step 3 - repeat as needed
