i think im havin the same problem....im shooting Winstrol (winny) in my glutes and left ass cheek is fuckin killin me. how do you avoid an "abcess" i really hope i dont have one...no redness but sore as a mofo

Ignore all the horror stories and leave it alone !!!

it's very unlikely to be an abscess. If you start messing with your leg your just going to get one.

Just keep a heat pad on it, rub it, warm bath and move the leg. You'll be fine.

quad shots hurt man... as easy as they are to shoot they had me limpin and incredibly sore for a week

Nasen, You've only been doing gear for 3 weeks and only the other week you were saying how much the jab in your delt hurt. Have you done a jab yet that didn't ?

Don't go getting it in your heads that all quad shots hurt and that their a bad place to do it, because they don't and it's not. It all depends if your doing it correctly, what gear your doing and sometimes it just hurts no matter where you do it. Warming the gear before the shot helps a lot for example and doesn't mean your a girl.

If you start avoiding quad shots, your are limiting your injection sites, and it's important to rotate them.

Do all the Newbies get this ?

ok guys. the pain in my leg became so unbearable that i went to the doctor. i told her i had been taking b12 injections. she looked at my leg. and thought that it was just a "condusion" i guess thats how you spell it... so she gave me and anti inflamatory (celebrex) and told me to keep a warm compress on my leg 3-4 times a day. and that in a week if it has not gotten better then i will have to come back for an ultra sound...
