So I have not posted in a while. Been crazy busy at work and in personal life. Just finishing week 8. So far have gained about 10 lbs, I have gained backs little belly fat, but I'm not to worried, I can cut that later on in early spring. Strength has gone up across the board. Best gains in lifts have been in deads and squats. Lately biceps and triceps have had noticeable weight gains in lifts. Muscles constantly feel full and tight, pumps in gym are crazy. Chest seems to be lagging in gains to lifts. I have out on noticeable size on shoulders , back, bis, and triceps. People make comments about looking bigger. Hard for me to see, since I look at myself daily.
