started first cycle in 2 years

so ive posted this before but im 6'1 12% bmi 220 i havent done a cycle in a while. i did my first shot last night with pinns test e and my fuckin arm feels like floyd maywether hit me 20 times in the arm. im using 23 gauge needle at 1" long is there something i did wrong or do i just have to get used to the oils again. i cleaned every thing very well. there is no bump or sore. it just feels like a huge bruise without the black and blue color.
