5'10 worked out since i was 13. Football, baseball athlete every year up until 2013.
I was 225 with 18% body fat in feb 2014
I am NOW 179 with 12ish% bf August 2014. Pics of me will be on my page.
My diet is on point 2700 calories a day 300g protein 250g of carbs 30g of fats. I just recently did the josef rackich diet and it is exactly on point.
Ive taken Natural test boosters as well as a cycle of var at 90 mg for 6 weeks.m(how i lost a lot of weight and gained size) with cycle support and pct. Im aware now that i shouldnt have ran it alone. but no sides at all. It was real var. I assure you. Tested it and all.
I wanted to start a discussion as to why everyone advises younger people to not start a cycle of injectables?
Ive read the brilliant 3j's stickies as well as a lot of others on starter cycles. Cutting cycles etc. Obviously me being in college woman love toned ass kids. as i want to be one day. I workout twice a day. HIIT cardio on point.
So my final question is, would i really be doing that much harm onto my body with a low dosage test cycle with all on cycle support, ai's in check, pct ready to go and all of this forum helping me out along the way.
This is just a question that i am asking. Not looking for rude answers.
