Starting a cycle please help need youe opinion

Hi guys this is my second cycle last time i done a cycle was like a year ago and i was new to it so i didnt do a post cycle therapy (pct) but anyway im curently 286 lbs not sure of my body fat % but its high i've got big chest big arms but its just belly fat that brings my look down so im looking to do a cycle here it is

week 1 - 10 tren E 400mg
week 1 - 12 test E 750mg
week 14 start my post cycle therapy (pct)
i'll be on a strict diet cardio 30min every day ab workout everyday

and please if your going to say dont do roids this this that dont bother

Alright bro dont take this the wrong way but you need to fix your diet before you.get on cycle. Im not saying dont do it because you said you will still do it but im guess you want to cut fat? Thats all diet. Needs to be fixed before you start.

Maybe try helios before you get on, its spot injected clen and yhombine helps to reduce fat at specific sites. Also because this is your second cycle i would not use tren. Maybe masteron, its a good cutting agent. Or maybe even deca.

Third, drop the Winstrol (winny) all together three compounds for a second cycle is a bad idea. Think about it this way, if you start getting sides week 9 you wont know if it was winny,test, or (hopefully you switch it out) tren. Plus Winstrol (winny) DOES NOT cut you up. It dries water out of your body, especially where it is needed the most; ligaments, joints and muscles. This will make them brittle and more suseptable to tearing.

But again fix your diet before you start anything, you cant just get on then decide to eat right. It takes time. Doing that will help drop body fat which, imo, is something that should concern you. Higher bf will lead to more test aromatizing meanin more estrogen, which leads to higher fat build up. Because thats were estrogen likes to hide.

Also i should have asked before saying all that but, what was your first cycle, how old are you, how tall are you, and whats your lifting experience?? Also could you post a picture, there are a ton of extremely knowledgable members that could tell you your bf. Also get intouch with 3j post your diet he can critique it to fit your goals.

yea thats wat i said in my post im mainly focusing on my diet and cardio and i will drop the winny.
im 6 ft 25 years of age ill post pics up
first cycle was tren a and prop ran it for like 6 weeks i think. i cut down on the fat but i gained 7kg on it thats muscle mass i wasnt doing cardio and i didnt cut my carbs so yea
as for my lifting i got very week but im getting back into it im week at some stuff but im strong at others i can flat dumbell press 80kg i leg press 400gk
