Starting a dnp cycle after clen

I hope i'm posting in the correct section. Hello. I'm new here and I'm about to embark on the gruesome, deadly and unnecessary substance, Dnp. I want to write a log for other people that might gain info from my potential results and experience. I'm not one to quit half way either, so I'll see this baby through to the end. Im on my 4th week eating super ketogenic(under 20carbs) and 3 weeks of RUI clenbuterol(160mcg) and ketotifen(1-3). I refused to come to terms with my post shoulder surgery weight gain and have not weighed my self. I took 1 whole year off of exercise, which should've really been only 2-3 months. Anyway, I'm now down to an even 200lb @ 5'11". It would've been more had i known about refeeds! I ordered maseratilabs powder dnp on thursday and the dude over nighted it to me, and it'll arrive Sat before 3pm! Talk about customer service, seriously.

Im going to see a 2 week cycle through, and will option for an additional week towards the end. I feel no sides on clen so I'm thinking of front loading 500mcg on day 1. Then, 250mcg for 2 days, and 500mcg for the remainder 11 days. Im not hung up on front loading though. I will take my first dose on Sat when it come in, so if it arrives too late, i won't front load. I'll upload my starting weight pictures as soon as i take my first dose.

I wanted to get as much feed back as possible, so I duplicated this post on another forum's website. I don't know the policy on that over here, so I'll understand if you need to delete this. I posted here first but it took a while to get posting privileges.
 
Day 2: Took another 250mcg. Last night I felt a slight warmth, but nothing strange. I'll see what happens later on
 
Day 4: Took 250mcg at 9am then another 250mcg at 3:30pm. Yesterdays heat was actually just from the house. I still have not started to sweat, so I confident the double dosing is safesafe.

Day 5: Took another 250mg this morning . Still didn't feel sides yesterday, nor today. I took my second 250mg 1hr ago ago.
 
Keep us updated with weight and picture bro. DNP is deadly... I mean whyy ?? I'm not judging you but I lost 20 pounds of fat in 2 months of keto with absolutely no cardio nor hiit. was on a 800 calories deficit and I've pratically not lost muscle. I mean with a strict keto and 15 to 30 minutes of HIIT two times a week with a proper training plan and a good diet the results should be just fine.. I think playing with clen and DNP with your body is suicidal... But I wanna see the progress... You are the guinea pig of the forum. Good luck bro
 
Day 6 and 7: I've been taking 500mg a day with no sides. The source is legit, but might be underdosed for my tolerance, being that I came off 3 weeks of clen and 4 weeks of ketosis. I took pictures this morning, which is the beginning of my seventh day. I gained 1 lb from my starting weight. My belt is way looser on me. It's the only difference I see on 7 days of poison. 3 tabata cardios a day, with 800 calorie deficits on ketosis. I'm fuckin plateauing in every fuckin possible way, fuck!

Mate i'm starting to be really skeptical about all this stuff, i did 3 weeks of clen at 120mcg and t3 at 50mcg (bumped the clen up to 160mcg and t3 to 75mcg in the last week). I lost 1lb eating 12x bodyweight with no cardio and basically didn't feel any side effects at all apart from maybe an increased heart rate in the morning. I was taking 4mg ketotifen at night also.

Now i'm on day 6 of dnp 200,200,200,200,400,400 so far and literally feel nothing, ive been hot butt he weather funilly enough hit 26 degrees the day i started when normally its cold and rainy here. I have eaten 10xbw so far and done 45 minutes of LISS daily on top of weight training 4x a week. I have taken 2x EC stack daily also along with 50mcg T3. I have lost 0.6lb! I know you retain water on dnp but every log i read people are losing 1.5lb every 10 days like clockwork. Ive cut my calories even more and added in cardio quite a lot of it where i never have before.

I weigh everything i put in my mouth and stick to all the basic foods while doing something like this just to make it easier on myself. Also i have hit minimum 6l a day of water not including what i put in shakes etc.

I weigh same as OP at 6ft and lost 28lb over the course of 5 months prior to taking any of this (i stalled for some time and was getting fed up so though i would see what all the buzz was, i'm sorely disappointed and non of it lives up to the hype imo).
 
That's what happens when you're trying to go to fast. You're doing too much too soon. Maybe your body as slowed his metabolism and thats why you've seemed to hit a plateau. It's what normally happens when you're on keto without cycling or dropping too many calories too soon. You shoud consider carb cycling for a weekend

I can't believe it, so I'm not alone. I will keep on going, because somethings gottagotta give eventually. Thanks for sharing that.

Thanks for validating how important refeeds are. I really screwed things up my not refeeding carbs. I went from one plateau to another. My body never had a break from the clenbuterol, that's gotta be a factor.
 
Day 8: I took another 250mg this morning I'm about to take my second. Still no sides, but it's a hot day in San Francisco today.
 
Day 9: Took another 250. I finally woke up sweating, and I had an air conditioner going. I also lost 2lbs, I'm at 198lb again. It's the 3rd day at 1000mg accumulation,so it probably finally caught up with me.
