Hi guys,
this is my first post on this forum. Looking forward to getting some good info and sharing experiences etc.
And yep, before you say it... Search button! got it :)

im 29, 5'11 - been training on and off for 8 years however quite serious the last 2 years.

At the moment, I am 3 weeks into a a strict diet plan written for me by a a guy who specialises in body composition and pre contest preps etc.
My metabolism was up the shyyyat so at the moment I am only on a 5% deficit, but about to drop to 15% end of the week.
My goal is to cut down the bodyfat and hopefully stick on a few kgs of muscle. my body fat 3 weeks ago (dexa scanned) was 14.5 weighing 86.3kgs with 12.5kg of body fat.
the goal is 9% with 8kg of body fat with some extra muscle mass.

Got a number of cycles under my belt. Nothing to harsh though.
However at the moment, I am running 5iu growth ed. (been on 2 months)
and just on the weekend started TRT. recent bloods all perfect ranges.

was looking at doing 100mg CYP once per week to get me up above range.

Not experienced at all with TRT. Is this enough of cyp? I want to run this for a period of time, so want to keep it safe.
Was also thinking about adding some bols in, maybe 30mg pre workout. Are orals ok with such little test?

Thanks guys look forward to some feedback.

So it sounds like you are self medicating. Is that right?

Are you hypogonadal? If so, can we see your most recent blood work results?

What do you mean you want to run TRT for a while? Generally when one goes on TRT, he is on it for the rest of his life.

Orals are generally not part of a TRT protocol. Are you more interested in Blasting and Cruising? If, you should be asking this in the Anabolic Forum rather than the TRT forum.

I agree this sounds like some kind of blast and mini cruise experiment. What I didn't hear was any sort of low T symptomatology. I would second moving this post to anabolic forum.

Look, It's hard enough to get therapy as it is. We don't need more young guys out seeking meds from already cynical docs and making it even tougher for us to get treated. Plus, Big pharma and the medical industrial complex already look for reasons to drive us guys towards depression meds, diabetes pills, etc versus addressing the real issue!!!

If you wanna clarify the need for Tx I'm all ears
