Starting again from scratch. Need advice.

What's up y'all, I've just been cleared by my doc to start lifting again. I've had to take it easy for a while after crashing my bike. I busted my collar bone, wrist, hand, and six ribs. Needless to say my scrawny ass got even scrawnier. Any progress I made in the gym has been lost. Summer's here and I need to put on some weight, fast. I've been reading online about making your own gear. Has anybody done this? I'm also looking for suggestions on what a good stack would be for my first cycle. I'm 6'3", 175lbs, 30 years old and healthy. If I could get some advice here I would appreciate it. Thanks y'all.

:) Peace

I would suggest getting back into the gym and getting your diet down before hopping on gear. I'm sure you wouldn't want to pull or tear anything from lifting to heavy to early

^^^^this. After having such extensive injuries and being sidelined for a while, you're first priorities should be diet and a successful transition to working out again. You don't want to re-injure yourself by jumping back into gear and training so quickly.

6' 3" and 175? Brother, I'm not trying to flame you by saying this; you need to learn how to eat before you start playing in this game. You are just going to waste your time and money. The gear is a small part of this game. Diet is king. You should easily be able to get to 200 naturally at 6'3". I'm 6'2" and got to 207 at 7% naturally.

Get back to wherever you were before you got injured. Muscle memory is a real thing, look up myonuclei and muscle memory. Keep on lifting until you've built up a good base, diet will be key here, and then come back to us for gear advice.

All good points and I agree with every one of them. I'm not looking to start a cycle right away. But I know how hard the stuff is to come by so I'm trying to accumulate what I need now. I'll start a cycle when I get back 200lbs plus and plateau. Might sound crazy but I'd bet I could get there in a couple months, I've done it before. My diet went to shit sitting on my ass for so long. Haha the Percocet was great, but I couldn't eat shit with it. Anyways, I'm just trying to find out about making my own gear, and what would be a good cycle to start with so I can start trying to find it. Thanks again.
PS Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there!
:) Peace y'all

Finding gear is not hard at all. If I were you I would find a source but not order yet. Hormones can chemically degrade over time and even more now that it is summer (heat and light speed up the process).

Good call, and will do. I never thought about them degrading. I've never ordered or any before and have no idea where to find a source. I'm not asking for one either, but could you point me in the right direction as to where to start? I live in the boondocks so going to a local gym isn't an option, I have my own. Thanks for the input Clamp.
:) Peace
