When you ask some question sometimes you get answers that you are convinced with and sometimes not
Thats what happening here

Please don't run around the question. The question is simple, can a pro bodybuilder (Kai Greene, Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler, etc etc..) obtain that level of physic eating according to your methods and running steroids?

If you don't believe in wisdom as it relates to years spent training and perfecting a craft such as bodybuilding......well, wow, what more can be said?

Btw you said it's hard for you to gain and that you've gained 1.5 lbs in 3 months. You call that "getting bigger." Ok yes you're correct a 1.5 lbs gain is an increase in weight.

Big difference in not getting answers you're satisfied with and simply moving on as oppose to challenging everyone who provides an answer you disagree with to cite reference and case studies that prove their theory. Especially when you have people with over two decades of hands on experience in the field of bodybuilding. You're not the first to say you are a hard gainer and then start talking about genetics, all the while eating a small amount of food.

Lets take 3J for example. He has proven his methods time and time again, with a ton of clients that post their results here. He has years of experience in the field, yet you feel the need to question him on his methods, as you stated "ill send him a msg so i can know from where did he got that body can take 2g/lb info."

Lastly am I not correct in saying there are people on both sides of the fence in the scientific community? Not our job to prove to you why we recommend what methods. Choose to follow them, or not, either way, we are moving towards or already at where we want to be. As of now the way your thread reads, you're nothing more than a troll.

Odd story just popped into my head. I remember when I use to do sprint training / cardio training. I linked up with an uncle who had proven himself in the area of track & field. He had me do sprint after sprint after sprint at a distant for greater than what I was training for. Not once did I think to question him on what reference does he have to show me this method of training works. Same with my wife she competed for 10 years, when we are doing cardio it's her world and I happily let her lead it. You on the other hand strikes me as the guy who challenges everything in each workout, constantly asking why this or why that, instead of simple doing it and seeing if it works.

You respect the science community correct? Best form of learning something is doing it. Who cares if someone provides you with a ton of cited references, if you don't experience for yourself they mean very little.

Hahaha he is goin to question 3J about where he gets his information from!! Just eat more kid geez. Kaname why are u wasting your time on this guy? He's a med student he knows more than any of us..........
