Starting my 3J Diet soon!

Hey guys I've finally broke down and put myself into 3J's hands. Right now i'm at 250 at 28% bodyfat, I know i have alot to lose but i'm really excited and motivated to get back into shape. My ultimate goal is to get to 220 at 10% bodyfat i know thats a long stretch but i think i'll be happy once i reach that goal. Right now my goal is to get to 15% in 6 months which i'm hoping to get. I'll post some before pictures, i am disgusted with myself and how far i let myself go.

Ok first off your in great hands, probably the best decision you ever made. I was in the excat same boat then you are right now. High 20's BF% and with 3J's system i went from this to 15% (give and take, getting a reading tonite) in just 2 months. Im telling you in 6 months you will be amazed at what you look like. Just do as your told and put push hard in the gym (with cardio, it always helps) and you will see results no questions asks.

I cant wait until Monday to get started 100% on the diet but this past 3-4 days i've been eating similar to the meal plan 3J set up for me and i tell you i was stuffed all day, I thought to myself theres no way i would lose weight eating this much but every day i weighed in i was lighter and lighter, and to be honest i had so much more energy at the gym and my lifts all actually went up, so i figure i might have been eating way to little before starting the 3J diet, I'm now stronger, my frame is more tighter, i stand up straighter, and this is just by following the outline to the diet i haven't started 100% yet until Monday. This is amazing and 3J is very good at what he does so far i'm very pleased. I started at 255 when i first asked 3J, now i'm at 246 before I even start the diet 100% just by following the outline. Granted i have been doing fasted cardio and cardio after work in the afternoons as well to prepare but things are going smooth! Anyone on the borderline of buying 3J's services shouldn't even think twice. I have learned a great deal about nutrition, and the guideline 3J gives you can set you up for life even when his services are done.

damn i love reading posts like this... my clients goals are my top priority.. goes to show how much a little nutritional knowledge can go a long way

Heres a little update, Week #2. I'm going to post pictures, i felt a little bloated but i'm not going to make any excuses so i just took the pictures and i'm going to post them. I hope you guys can see some changes so far! Gonna work harder the next 2 weeks and post more pictures!!!
