I like your list. Similar to my usual market list. You could get dextrose for PWO together with the whey. And what about eggs? Excellent source of protein.

eggs are fairly reasonable so are:

tins of tuna
whole milk
canned chicken
chicken breasts frozen
pork tenderloin
quinoa--its a high protein grain-great to add to salads
beef jerky-occasionally it is on sale usually it's a rip-off
On 100% whey- 28 bucks for a 5lb tub--not that badly priced
nuts can be expensive-but when they are on sale stock up on them
all you can eat sushi places sometime have great deals-I found a place that has an all you can eat made to order dinner for $16- they tease me that I'm putting them out of business-this is my favorite bulking food.
I make homemade icecream with protein powder and whole milk-it is a great bulking snack
sweet potatoes are nutrionally the best vegetable out there-they are cheap and versatile too
I hate tofu but occasionally I will add it to a shake or chop it up in a salad
remember if you go to buffets-eat all of the high protein foods-the rest is just filler.
Good luck bulking, I plan to start my bulking by the first of October, I can't wait to start eating again.

yeah forgot to add eggs :-)

my 3 square meals come from the university caf buffet style :-) rest is from my cooking.
ice cream\burgers\steaks at times\salads etc you guys get the point

Hey guys, ive sorta been eating like this but what about quick meals? There's some days i just cant find the time to eat, so i eat subs all the time but its getting costly... i need better ideas for things on the go or at least 10 min meals. Any suggestions?
