cool beans,thanks big nasty and i have had good results in the past few months ,i have better results at 43 then i did at 20,the headache are going away bought a lot of food last night thank god for aludis and wal mart 150 bucks goes a long ways..

To combat headaches just drink more water. Feels kind of like a hang over when u wake up. I try to keep my piss clear as much as possible and im fine

In for the ride! Good luck and keep the updates coming. I start my BD run in two weeks. Cant wait! It will be interesting to compare results, even though e'one will respond different, still interesting. HTS!
