Starting PCT Tomorrow...

Okay so tomorrow marks the 14th day after last injection. Was running test at 500mg/week for 10 weeks. My post cycle therapy (pct) will be nolva at 40/40/20/20.

Also, still running my liquidex at .5 eod, and have planned to continue it through post cycle therapy (pct)... Is this correct?

I am just wondering what to expect throughout post cycle therapy (pct). I have heard most people say that Nolva kills libido, which is not good, but I'm prepared for it. I have already noticed a bit of loss in my drive... as of yesterday.

Also, my joints in my hands are sore. I read that having low estro will do this. I guess the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) is causing it. No big deal.. it's bearable.

What am I in for fellas?

Also... Should I start cardio to prep myself for upcoming cut? Or ficus on keeping gains... Never really understood how (much) cardio can hinder growth

You should be running clomid along with the nolva , clomid is what jumpstarts your natty test

I have heard great things about Torem , I am jujst that though old school and if it aint broke dont fix it but know many who have great success with torem

the same could be said for a lot of things in life. if it helps your recover a lot faster why wouldnt you try it? yea nolva and clomid might do the trick, but you get to deal with the sides and longer recovery time. too many old heads and NOOBS preach "nolva and clomid for pct" like a broken record.

I use them because they have always worked in helping me recover in a timely manner. A simple case of if it isn't broken why fix it.

We see several threads here where guys using torem get follow up blood work a few weeks post PCT and their levels are still crashed also. I'm going to need more than a few copy and paste studies from the net before I switch. I will be open to switching if I see it does indeed work better than the old school methods though

Keep in mind some of us old heads have been recovering just fine from this combo for a very long time.

bor you're clueless. let me break this down for you in retard terms so you'll understand.

step 1. click this rui-products.com/ancillaries/liquid-torem-60ml-60mg-ml.html

step 2. put in your information and order it

step 4. two weeks after your last injection begin toremifene at 120mgs for one week, then 90mgs for two weeks, then 60mgs for the 4th and final week.

If my math is right you are advising 4 weeks, the same amount of time clomid and nolva take to do their thing.

Please start a torem thread I would love to get that debated. Like I stated above I am open to better things if indeed they are better.

just because it is advised you run torem for the entire 4 weeks doesnt mean it takes that long to fully reoover. the only way this topic will be proven is if several individuals get blood work at 1, 2, 3, and 4 weeks during pct while on clomid/nolva and torem. keep using the old drugs, it doesnt affect me at all. ill keep using torem and recovering a lot faster.

Add clomid run it 50mg ed for 30 days along with your nolva 40/40/20/20 if you were running an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) then yes continue to run it , are you going to feel like shiot on pct dont know man some have a hard time some dont hard to say , eat like you have been now is not the time to drop calories you are in a vulnerable state , increase lean red meat and eat like a mofo after a full recovery wait a few weeks then you can start dropping cals slowly and start working on cutting up if thats what you want

Well just started my nolva... I want to grab some aromasin and clomid, but money is a bit tight right now. I read the PCT sticky up top and figured just nolva would be fine, as this is an option.
I know that if things get bad, a sponsor can help really quickly, so that's good. No sense in worrying about it now... I'll just play the waiting game and munch on some ribeyes.

BTW... Does anyone know how long after starting Nolva that you normally feel like shit? Or is it more like when you're pinning AAS, and everyone is different?
