I have trained alot in the past but i have 2 small kids so i havent done it for about
5 year but i have just starteed back up and. Him taking 250 mg of test. enanthenate every week is this ok and is it ok with creatine

Seems like after a long break like that you would be getting noob gains again, no need to jump right back on gear.

However, why not double it and run a regular cycle test e 500mg/week for 12-14 weeks followed by a PCT?

Creatine is fine btw.

I wouldn't start until you have a solid foundation and do a little more research.. 250mg a week isn't going to do much.. Just make sure you're training everyday and your diet is on point and start out with 250mg two times a week for at least 10 weeks.. Remember if your diet isn't right then youre just wasting your money.. Muscle gain is 80% diet and 20% training.
 
Welcome back to training. And the ology. Let ur body get used to the gym again before u jump back on. Ur body will have good gains by itself. Let yourself hit a good plateau and get into good diet and workout routines first.
 
You will shock your body now that you've started back and that will produce some rapid growth. Your best bet is to get those natural maintainable gains first and then mess with test thereafter once you have plateaued.
 
Muscle memory will bring back your base FAST as anything. As these guy point out No Need to cycle until you have your training/ foundation back and going.
