Starting TRT soon. Blood work results.

I am banned!
I'll be starting TRT soon. My doctor is prescribing Test C. 250/week along with HCG and Armidex.

I'm 35 years old and was diagnosed with low T (238) and azoospermia (no sperm in semen- I'm infertile) about 3 years ago. Since that time I've been on Clomid (25mg/d initially and then up to 50mg/d recently) in the hopes that my boys would start making sperm again. No dice. Since then we've adopted and based on raising a baby I may be OK not having another :crying:

Here are some of my symptoms:
Unable to deal with frustrations/anger. Small/petty things upset me and I get angry and feel I cannot help it.
No passion/zeal for life.
Low energy. Tired much of the day.
Unstable moods- any given day could be great or awful. Again, I feel I have zero control over my mood.
Zero interest in sex.
I bust my ass in the gym and carry a lot more muscle than the average guy, but my strength isn't where it should be.

Got blood-work back today:
LDL- 113
HDL- 43
WBC- 5.8
RBC- 5.5
Hemoglobin- 14.5
Hemocrit- 43.6
MCV- 87.2
MCH- 29.0
MCHC- 33.3
LH- 11.6
FSH- 23.9
PSA- 0.2
Prolactin- 8.3
Test- 4.18
Estradiol- 22

Would love any feedback on these numbers. Nothing surprises me, but I'm pretty new to this. I thought my complete lack of libido might stem from high estradiol, but that doesn't seem to be the case (unless I'm missing something).

I haven't had a chance to talk to my Doc in the US yet. I live in Japan and they don't treat low T here.

I'm working out how to get the Test C and pins into Japan. Until that time I have Sustanon on hand. I know it's not ideal, but I was thinking of starting the Sus until I can get the Test C. I'd go 125mg every 5 days. Any thoughts?

Looks like you were on clomid when you had that blood work done. Your LH AND FSH are crazy high from the clomid. It would be more useful to see your Natty blood work results (with reference ranges).

From what I gather you can import a "two month supply" of AAS into Japan. The catch is that you cannot import medical syringes.

Maybe you can go to a doctor in Japan and get a script for b12 and then they will give you syringes for that. I don't know if that will work I'm just thinking out loud at this point.

At any rate good luck on that I hope it all works out for you. Keep in touch I'm curious now. By the way my name is Ziegler Nice 2 Meet U.

i had an interesting idea, try to find a dog or cat thats diabetic then u can get your pins that way.

My bloods were pulled while on Clomid, yes. Not willing to see what FSH/LH is off Clomid. Previously when I had reduced the dose I felt awful.

I like both of the ideas about getting pins. Very creative boys! I don't think I'll have to resort to either of the suggested methods. I try to be, for the most part, a law-abiding citizen, however I've lifted 18 pins from the docs office last visit, so I have enough to start on the T and I think I'll be able to get an endo to supply me. If not I could go to my urologist 3 times a week for Test and HCG until he gets sick of me and agrees to supply me:-)

I know some amateur body builders here and could get them that way as well, but I'd rather get them straight from a doc.

Japanese men have lower T than Westerners. My 418 came in on the high side of the scale!

Thanks for all the feedback.

Don't you have blood work for before you started clomid?

Blood work pre-medication, when I was first diagnosed 8/2013. Age 33

Prolactin- 4.3
Estradiol- 26
LH- 9.3
FSH- 21
Test- 276

Megatron- you said my Clomid blood LH and FSH were "crazy high", but the non Clomid results are nearly the same. What do you make of that?

I had my first shot of sus (1ml/250) on Sunday. Wasn't ready for the PIP in my quad. really bad after 24 hours then fine. Had morning wood today for the first time in a long time. At the gym I am noticing women a bit more now. I know the effects haven't really kicked in yet, but a good start.

For now I'll stick with sus, but switch to Test C as soon as I get customs figured out. Thanks for the input.

I would be more inclined to give you my thoughts if you actually started including reference ranges for all labs like I asked for in Post #2. It would put less of the onus on me and others. :-)

WTH kind of advice is this?

Creative advice, at very least:-)

Thought reference ranges were standardized (then looked it up). Shouldn't the deviation between labs be pretty minimal? New to all this.

Prolactin- 4.3 RR 4.0-15.2ng/ml
Estradiol- 26 pp/ml no range listed
LH- 9.3 mlU/ml no range listed
FSH- 21 miU/ml no range listed
Test (total)- 276 RR 249-836 ng/dL

Thanks

Yeah, it sucks but each lab is different. Plus you have given us results in different units. For example Testosterone of 4.18 a d 276. Nor have you indicated what type of testosterone result it was (Total, Free or Bioavailable). So if you could update everything it would be helpful. If you are willing to invest some time and effort we can then gladly reciprocate.
