Here is what I'd like to do. Would it be fine? Or do I need to rotate in a ton more stuff? I like simple and easy style of cooking/eating.

210lb, 5'10", 24 years old. About to start up a tren/test for 12 weeks, looking to cut.

breakfast: 6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, .5 cup oats, 1 scoop protein, 1 cup non-fat milk
meal 2: .5 cup oats, 4 oz chicken breast, .5 cup 2% cottage cheese
PWO shake
meal 3: 4 oz chicken breast, 1 can green beans, .5 cup cottage cheese
meal 4: same as meal 3, excluding green beans
meal 5: same as meal 3, maybe to include green beans, maybe not.

How does that look? I am thinking I could stick to that basic outline and then just carb cycle the oats, .5 cupx2 one day, .5 cupx4 the next, 0 cups the next, repeat. Then maybe on the weekend to kick off the routine/throw my body off I could eat something random like a burger/sushi/chinese. What do you guys think, not enough variety for aminos or solid?

i would worry about food born allergies.. you cant just eat chicken and cottage cheese all day.. if your gonna eat the same thing add another protein source

I appreciate the response man. I put my meals in fridges at the school all day so should be solid as far as allergies. Okay I'll throw in a 95/5 or 97/3 lean beef at night instead of chicken.

no not that type of allergy... food born allergy.. your body starts rejecting the food because you eat too much of it

I eat simple and quick to . I would throw in tuna and turkey breast, but not that cheap shit. They are easy to make and tilapia is good too. Also you could use brown rice instead of oats all the time. Just some variety to keep you from wanting to cheat hahaha.

Oh alright, well then I will start switching the oats to sweet potatoes or brown rice every week or something, and then throw in beef one week last meal and tilapia the next week.

Good call on the fish, I forgot I had some tilapia in the freezer. Plus I love the taste of tilapia lol.

Replacements for Chicken - Turkey, Tuna, Salmon, Tilapia, any kind of fish.

I'd also swap out the oats for plain greek yogurt, still get some carbs for energy but 22g of protein a serving, you can't go wrong.

Looks good though, good luck man!
