Goal Drop 10 pounds of BF; hold onto my LBM; 12-14%. I have no desire to compete, just look like I do.
Diet
1500-1600 kCal (Maintenance)
Insulin Insensitive (Genetic; both grandmothers died from complications related to diabetes & mother currently diabetic)
Protein Intake 150g/day (1.25g x LBM)
Fat Intake 60g/day (.5g x LBM)
Carbs 125g/day on WO Days; 25g/day on Non-WO days
Exercise
Fasted state cardio daily, moderate intensity, 45 minutes
HST 3 times per week
Proposed Cycle
Clenbuterol, 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, but starting in the middle of my 6-week T3 cycle when the dosage is the highest; an ECA stack on off weeks
Day 1 12.5 mcg
Day 2 25.0 mcg
Day 3 37.5 mcg
Day 4 50.0 mcg
Days 5-14 75.0 mcg
T3, 6 week cycle, ramping up & down
Days 1-3 12.5mg
Days 4-6 25 mg

Days 10-27 50mg * Take Clenbuterol during highest T3 dosing (3 weeks)
Days 28-32 37.5mg
Days 33-37 25mg
Days 38-42 12.5mg
Anavar, 5-10mg/day, taking 10mg during the highest T3 dosing (Days 10-27). Will be taking liver-protective supps (ALA & milk thistle)
Twin Labs Yohimbe (Standardized] 8mg twice a day. Also using topical Yohimbe (LipoDerm-Y) twice daily
Nolvadex, 10mg/day, ramping up & down
I would really appreciate some recommendations on the Nolvadex ramp-up/ramp-down numbers.
My one other question is how my cycle will affect my birth control (Depo Prevera) or how my birth control will affect my cycle.
Thoughts? Adjustments? Anything I've forgotten or would benefit from?
