sterilizing fina

i finished converting the pellets but i want to make sure it is steril. i know u r supposed to bake it in the oven but i dont know the proper time nor temp in which to do it. so if some one could give me the proper procedure for sterilizing.

275f for 1 full hour. make sure to calibrate the oven. most are off.

do i need to put a needle in it so releave the pressure?

yup 25g will work fine. use the lowest rack in the oven
