Hey
I did t-bar rows on one of those flat/incline rowing machines and injured my sternum (aware spelling could be wrong). My question is what are the common problems when it comes to sternum and how long does it usually take for the fekker to heal? I'm not really paralysed
just in pane when ever my chest contracts in the center via particular pressures.
I'm hoping to be well 2 days later for my chest work out. Do I go ahead and train if I still feel a very little pain on my chest workout day?
Regards
