Sternum pain, should i still train

Hey

I did t-bar rows on one of those flat/incline rowing machines and injured my sternum (aware spelling could be wrong). My question is what are the common problems when it comes to sternum and how long does it usually take for the fekker to heal? I'm not really paralysed :insane2: just in pane when ever my chest contracts in the center via particular pressures.

I'm hoping to be well 2 days later for my chest work out. Do I go ahead and train if I still feel a very little pain on my chest workout day?

Regards

depends what you have done. It may just be bruised from using the Tbar or you could have damaged the cartilage.

bro my upper chest is always like that, it doesn't help that i though i had cancer their a few months ago, that freaked me the fuck out. You are the only person i have ever heard say they get that as well.

where in your sternum? It is easy to break off the bottom tip of your sternum. it happends quite often when CPR is performed improperly.

dont want to freak you out, just realise that it could be something small like a bruise, sore chest ,etc.... or a broken bone.

I get pain in that area doing that motion with lots of weight.

lol, u guys crack me up.

anyways... yeah I've had this pain before. You can dislocate your sternum and you can bruise it. I feel like it's bruised. Just wondering if it's bad to train chest if theres even a little bit of pain.

regards
