steroid alternative?

Please see my post below for more info, but I was wondering if there were supplements that i might try taking before going to steroids that also might help me break through my plateau?

I just started creatine last week - 5gm/day load - plan on going to 1gm after initial loading.

Creatine and having a perfect eating schedule (getting enough QUALITY protein along with some essential fats) and a SOLID muti-vitamin/multi-mineral are some great starts bro.

WELCOME to the board and congrats on making a responsible decision to HOLD OFF until you're ready ;)
 
Have any reccomendations for quality protien and vitamins?
I take a Wal-Mart multi-vitamin now and my protien comes from food.

5 grams/day is the usual maintenance dose, probably more like 20 g/day for loading.

yep and ditch those walmart vitamins phranc , most are junk , try mvmaxxs sugestion or go to a local health food store preferably a mom and pop store not a chain and have them explain the difference between real vitamins and chain store junk , and show you the real stuff

Yes, and I find that I need at least 3 five gram doses per day(maintenance dose) to get any effects off of creatine.

The recommended doses are way too low. IMO

Other than that, there are NO steroid alternatives that work(ie. prohormones)

I disagree that no prohormones work as I had great success with 1-AD. But with that said I believe it shut me down harder than my test/deca cycle after that. So IMO if you're going to do it just do the real thing.

In this case I'd say stick with a good multi-vitamin, creatine and glutamine peptides. Check out the site I gave ya.
 
yea I took pro hormones and I got shut down. I got weaker than I did before I took steroids or any thing. I did not think they would shut me down. Also they gave me a nasty case of gyno. fuck fuck fuck, I still rue the day that I took prohormones. I used to have a perfectly cut chest and know I wont even take my shirt off. I would rather be skinny and ripped again rather than sort of big with I nice set of boobies, fuck fuck fuck don't take pro hormones they suck big dick. I believe they are worse than steroids ever could be when I compare the sides that I got from the real thing and pro fucki ng hormones.
