So at 16 your finally decided after the years of hard work and diet your going to jump on gear. you have the backing of a coach who trained with Charles poliquin.

I'm not big has him but I can say that i'm more cutt and better build. but I saw some video of him and i'm bigger that before he start roid .

I know it may not seem like it right now, but these guys are actually trying to help you. I realize at 16 you already know everything about everything and you're going to do what you're going to do. However, please listen to these guys. They have experience in this and they are just trying to help keep you from making further mistakes. I truly hope you are listening to what they are saying.
