ok first of all let me introduce myself, i am 25 yo 5.9 ft and 185lbs im into pumping iron for the past 5-6 years and the last year and a half i eat every 2-3 hours only clean foods (pasta,meat,oats,whey, cottage cheese mostly), no alchohol no drugs no sugar no smoking!so i finished cutting for 12 weeks 1 month ago and now im into a clean bulking (3300cals/day) for 8-10 weeks! the problem is that when i was 14 yo i was 310 pounds really fat kid and i have a really hard time to loose the fat around my belly,love handles and btm part of my chest! so my question is if there is a cycle i could do for cutting that i would see solid results, of course combining it with strict diet,2xcardio/day and weight lifting... also the less side effects/health risks the better ofc, i don search for mirracles anyway so i dont want something really ''heavy''
 
cycle is cardio 1 hour in morning empty stomach, 30 min at night empty stomach before bed, 5-6 days per week.

look into an OTC fat burner.
