hi. just wondering if any1 can help. my husband wants to start on steroids and a good friend of his has told him to take 1ml onerip 200, 1ml max test 400, and 50mg of anavar. does this sound right. any feedback would be great

Hi. U should definetely tell your husband to do his research. AAS is not to be played with. So u could start by looking up Test Only first cycles using the search bar up top. He should keep it simple if he is goin to do it. Be safe!

Also, his diet and workouts should be top notch before resorting to steroids. Test at 400-500mg/wk is the norm by itself, followed by post-cycle therapy (PCT) like clomid or nolvadex. Research, research, research!

hes very unsure of everything, and although i have looked up the different 1s he has been told 2 try, cant really find any info if all 3 together are ok. his diet and training are really gud, but im just very wary of wot his mate told him 2 take.

week 12-14 nothing
week 14-18 pct
you cant do research for him he will be putting it in his own body. we have great threads, at the top of the page click on forums and look at the stickies everything you ever need to know is in there

Nothing wrong with using those in combination but if its his first cycle he should stick to test only. Use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), and have proper pct on hand before starting.

This. He could even change it from 12 weeks to 10 weeks and still get great results. And hopefully he knows what an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) is. Aromasin/Adex ect are good for this cycle.

AI is aromatase inhibitor, essentially keeps testosterone from converting into estrogen. And then there's post cycle therapy (pct) which is post-cycle therapy, FULLY necessary for every cycle. There are several post cycle therapy (pct) threads you can read but generally clomid and nolvadex are used for post cycle therapy (pct). Clomid in a dose of 50mg/daily for 4-6wks, nolva in a dose of 40mg/daily for about 2 weeks then down to 20mg/daily is the norm.

It's a mast/tren/test prop compound. A bit much for a first cycle, especially given that the guy who would be taking it isn't the one asking about AAS. OP: Your husband needs to create an account here and read up before he puts anything in his body. Props on being concerned though, that's a sign of a good woman imo.

How about, no! 12-16 is the optimum, definitely don't run it less than 12.
