Stopped HCG after 3 months on. Please help (was prescribed by doctors for hypogonad)

I was diagnosed with secondary hypogonadism due to careless use of steroids and messing with my body big time. I am 21 years old. Here were my bloods pre-treatment:

TSH-1.491 uIU/mL ( ref 0.4-4.0 uIU/mL )
FT4-0.9 ng/dl ( ref 0.89-1.76 ng/dl )
LH- 0.74 uIU/mL (ref 1.5-9.3 uIU/mL ) - !
Serum Testosterone- 7.91 ng/dl ( ref 10.4-37.0 ng/dl) - !
FSH- 3.2 mIU/ml ( ref 0.7-11.1 mIU/ml )
Estradiol- <11.8 pg/ml ( ref 0-39.2 pg/ml )
DHT- 873.2 pg/ml ( ref 250-990 pg/ml ) - !
DHEA-S- 155.18 mcg/dL ( ref 280-640 mcg/dL ) -

After that, the doctor prescribed me Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) (Pregnyl) for 3 months as means of kick-starting my HPTA. The pregnyl was prescribed as 3000 I.U per week in two injections per week. For the last month I was told to use 1 injection of 1500 IU. I started the therapy on the 17th of July 2013

After two months on pregnyl, the doctors decided to retest my blood again. Here are the most recent results as of September 2013:

TSH- 1.51 (ref 0.4-4.0 uIU/ml)
FT4- 0.9 (0.89-1.76 ng/dl)
Serum Testosterone: 50 ng/dl (ref 10.4-37.0 ng/dl)
LH- 0.1 UIu/ml (1.5-9.3)
FSH- 0.1 ( 0.7-11.1 mIU/ml )

The SHBG came above the norm as well.

Today is the 22nd of October, and I am no longer taking Pregnyl. My libido, testicular size and sperm volume have gone up dramatically. But now I am afraid that my body will go back to my low pre-treatment Testosterone levels,LH and FSH.

Judging by the bloodtests (new ones), does my body seem to recover? Please help with advice.

Hmm. If you're secondary, hCG monotherapy is what some do, but a restart... I never believed in that. As you can see, pituitary is still not working. So without hCG, I'm not sure how you would maintain any acceptable level.

But is it not that the LH and FSH are low due to HCG? I thought it was some sort of negative feedback loop as test goes up via Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and LH and FSH get suppressed> .

How long after you discontinue use did you test your levels exactly? Restart therapy should incur blood work 6 to 8 weeks post treatment.

The last time I used anabolics was August 2012. My pre-treatment bloods were drawn in July 2013. And my recent bloods were drawn in September (2 months into my treatment). My last pregnyl injection was on the 13th of October (9 days ago)

So you had blood drawn prior to completing therapy. I would disregard this blood work and see where you are 6 to 8 weeks post treatment.

I wish you the best of luck man, but I'll be honest, hCG restarts are weak at best.

Will have to wait now and hope something happens. My problem is not estrogen related, that is why they suggested pregnyl (hcg)
