i just wanted to dicuss the different ways everyone here trains when their goal is to gain strength ie. # or reps/sets time inbetween sets whether you super set or 5x5, frequency of training, training to failure???? lets hear it
for me i have been supersetting
i find 3 sets increacing weight every set getting 5 reps each set, this is not to failure.
i tend to workout each muscle group once every 4 days.
