Stunt Growth Problem!!

Today is a very sad day for me :( ... I remember when I was in highschool and I would have those checkups, my height was 5'10.5 then... I haven't checked my height then till last year after my 1st cycle and I was at 5'9.5 ... Yes I was quiet upset... Today (9 months from the last time I checked) I measured at 5'8... I was like WTF is happening to me!! I am about to start my 2nd cycle too. I will turn 21 in July so its not like I will grow anymore. Im trying to understand what exactly happened here, do you think anyone might know? All input will be greatly appreciated.

Discepency in measurements, unless youve recently ejected from a jet, compressing your spine so you end up couple of inches shorter. A stunt in growth is it stopping (cartilage at end of bones hardens and thats it, as long as it will get) which steroids have been said to cause (interestingly young people have shown a growth spurt before this happens). However Ive never heard of shrinking.

yea me neither but I have checked my height about a million times with different people when I was 5'10.5 and 9 months ago when I realized I shrunk an inch I checked it several times because I couldnt believe it, and now im at 5'8.... I dont understand how this is possible really.

be happy you shrank im 5'6" and would love to be 5'3" or 5'4" haha imagine being that short... god you would look cock diesel at about 180lbs..

Spinal compression happens with age, heavy lifting, and dehydration. But it is not likely at all that you could lose that much height if you are measuring accurately every time. Make sure you measure at the same time of day as well, you are taller upon wakeup.

yea, thanks... im just kind of bummed out right now. It's pretty accurate I realized ive been shrinking over the years but it was .5in every time and within this past 9 months ive shrunk atleast an extra 1.5in. Is there anything I can do to help my growth or whats done is done? Also could I continue to shirnk?

and I dont really understand how weight lifting would make me shrink... its not like im squating 1000lb or anyting... cmon im only a buck 80 squating an embarassing 400lb

Pressure on spinal discs coupled with time (aging), and lack of water intake - other than that I dont know what to tell you. There can a degenerative condition but I doubt thats likely, I would probably figure it to be user error.

Measure at the same time every day, and if you use measuring tape thats cloth or plastic dont stretch it, yada yada. Upon wakeup you will be taller than at other times of the day, due to again spinal compression.
