Stupid Gyno, now what? 1st cycle problems

Magical

Retarded
1st cycle blues. I am on my 5th week of Test E @ 500mg a week. I take Adex @ .25mg EOD since week 1. My nipples have gotten itchy/sensitive and worry has set it. I dont have any lumps and no secretion of any fluids. I increased the Adex to .25mg ED. Im not sure what to do next but I did order some Raloxifene and Letro just in case I need it. I have plenty of Nolva and Clomid on hand. What do you guys suggest?

If youre sure its gyno You could use either the Nolva or Ralaox. Nolva at 20mg and ralox at 60mg. It will take a few months to fully go away so be patient. I would also wait a few days for your new adex dose to stabilize in your body and get a blood test. You're mid cycle and should do one regardless but it will help you assess if your adex dosing is adequate or needs more adjustment. Best of luck.

Thanks man, I will wait a few days before introducing the SERMs, and most def line up a blood test.

Maybe your making it worse by rubbing them? My nipples sometimes get irritated by a shirt I'm wearing that has rubbed them. Then I find myslef more likely to think somethings wrong and so on. Try putting a small amount of cortizone cream or vaseline on them before bed.
Also, the increased adex may be what you need.

They have been itchy/sensitive for over a week, seems to be getting more intense. Def not excessively rubbing them ha ha! I hope you are right about the increased Adex dosage. Thanks for the reply
