SubQ/Sterile abscess help

I recently did a 1ml shot of sustanon in my delt, using a 5/8" 26g pin. After a previous post and talking to some people I established that this shot had gone SubQ, after a somewhat large hard lump developed.
It has been 9 days and I believe I may have developed a sterile abscess. The site is 1/3 of its original raised height, there is no heat to touch, no pain and only very slight redness.
Anyone experience anything like his before, if/when did it heal? I will go to the doc if I have too but would like to avoid it if possible.

Give it another week. If there isn't any pain or other signs of infection, you can afford to be patient.

Is this your first shot with this particular brand, compound, site you injected?

The site is in the original post, it's delt. It's Spartan Pharm, seems kinda rough but I don't have an option to switch gear right now.
It was the 4th shot in that delt, they all gave me a lump but his one is particularly bad and doesn't seem to be fully dissipating; hence my worry. I have added quads and glutes, which seem to be taking it better.

I had a lump in my left deltoid that I swore was an abscess. It stuck around for well over a week, and I finally went to my doc to see what he thought. He referred me to a surgeon, and the day of my pre-op, the lump was just *gone*. This was literally a week after I had thrown in the towel and decided to get it looked at. No pain, no heat, just a lump.

On the flip side of the coin however, I have a lump in my right deltoid that does hurt and has caused severe weakness in that shoulder. My surgery to remove a freak muscular-bound lipoma is coming soon.

The moral to this story? Listen to your body; it's far smarter than we give it credit. If something doesn't bother you, give it time - otherwise it's in your best interests to get it checked out.

My body pretty much doesn't even know it's there anymore, it's my brain that keeps wondering. I'll try listening to the body! Lol
How long did you have the lump that went away before your pre op in total? I'm taking a vacation in a month, right at the end of cycle and hoping it's gone by then.

Was like 17 days total.
