SubQ vs IM ?

I draw with a 21g and then inject with 25g 1" in the quads once a week. Goes in like butter.

For my Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) I inject once a week IM with 25G 1". I also draw with a 25G since its water based and dont want any chances of leaking. Needles are dirt cheap so its no bother.

HGC should be subq. I like to use a 29g 1" slin pin for Hcg

The test I use a 22g to draw and 23g 1" or 1.5"

I guess I'm a lazy bastard, I draw and shoot my test with 29g.

I prefer a 23 vs. a 25
feels the same going in. can go a little faster with the 23, the big differnce is my hand is more stable not having to push as hard with the 23. pushing harder equals a little wiggle or shake which can lead to bruising.

slin pin IM = a lot of minor shaking you have to go very slow, but very minimal discomfort.
I am talking like a quarter of a cc amount. If you are doing larger doses/volume go with the 23g or 25 if you are patient

you mileage may vary, just my 2 cents

again after the sub-q doing .25 of a cc I still can feel the deposits 3-5 weeks later. Anyone else?

I don't see how you could get deep enough with a 1/2 slin pin for IM... I'm pretty lean and I wouldn't trust it
