is "subway skeptical meats" as i say alright to be in your diet? for example a whole wheat foot long with 4 of their "grilled chicken cutlets"? i mean it cant hurt i think but i just wanna know anyone elses views
i dont do subway. their breads are processed and sugary, even their "whole wheat", which really just means not bleached white bread. and their meats are super processed and loaded with fillers. subway is not on my good list.
