subway?

Anyone eat subway? I eat it everyday for lunch because it's the only decent thing around my shop to eat. I get a double meat chicken breast foot long on wheat bread. I'm assuming that is a good lunch, gives me a good amount of carbs and protein. I feel good working out a few hours after lunch, no lethargy or anything.

its not the best choice in the world.. the meat is processed..

a foot long double meat chicken breast will give you 100g protein, 100g carbs, and whatever fats you add from mayo and cheese if any..

when im stuck in a rut i order it like that and make two meals out of it..

again, not the best choice in any way shape or form, preping your own whole foods would be better but it is a ok alternative in jams
 
I get a tukey san on 9 grain I think a cpl times a week and think it's fine.
IMO any food is better than no food and while it might not be a chix breast and brocolli it is a decent meal.
My concern s how the hell u can eat a whole foot long???
I never eat a whole sandwhich, I always split em with my girls.
Then again, I'm eating every 3 hours.
I think that's just as imp as anything else.
 
if your not on cycle i say fuck eat what ever u want but if your on cycle u better have the dedication to cook every day your 7 to 10 meals of clean proteins and good carbs
