succesfull gearheads please read regarding my ambitious cycle.

hey dudes. started a cycle a week ago and i need some comments on whats happening.

i started the following.

week1-10omnas 583mg pw...every 3 day shots
week1-10decas 350mg pw
week1-6 dbol 30mg pd
week1-13 arimidex
week7-12 winstrol 50mg pd
week7-12 fina 50mg pd.....tentative, not sure if i will use
week9-12 hcg 375iu every 4 days...yep exactly that much
clomid post cycle

like i said im one week into the cycle. been pushing my self so VERY hard and been eating very clean with one large cheat meal per week. and ive been doing cardio, skipping rope, 3 times a week....moderate in intensity and in length.

i feel ripped, but at the same time somewhat depleted. feel like my body is demanding much more rest and food....and im trying very hard to meet the demands. problem is i work about 20 hours a week and i go to college...UNIVERSITY...lol had to specify that coz i think university sounds better. anyways. i give myself a full nights of sleep but i swear i feel like i am fatigued in the middle of the day and sometimes even early in the day. mentally im getting drained. i have set an ambitious goal with this cycle and i need to comply with the physical demands. i will be conservative and say that i have gained 5 pounds in a week, and remember im using arimidex 1mg eod so i have not gained much water and defenitally no fat, i had apparent love handles before i started and i swear i cannot see it anymore. im begining to believe that there is no such thing as overtraining when you are on juice, just under eating and not enough resting. i read a thread regarding overtraining and a bro said that. i fully back it.

now for the specific questions.
1- i was always a crappy sleeper. i can never sleep throughout the night without waking up a few times and can never fall a sleep in less than a good hour.....and damn it i know i need to. what is a good perscription drug remedy for this. looking for something to use just for the cycle so i dont build a permeanant tolerence for the drug. plz recommend based on your experience or what you have heard and made clear conclusions on. believe me ive done much research on drugs but i need to hear evidence from bros and not only studies.

2-- also, damn food situation. i am taking in about 3000 to 3500 calories perday and thats like with effort. appetite is not so great and i believe its because im trying to eat big and very clean at the same time, and i really want to keep it that way, coz im looking for significant muscle gain with no/insignificant fat gain, and i truely believe it can be acheived, for me atleast. just lots of lean meats, good quality carbs and good amounts healthy fats. so far i know this amount is okay since i am gaining steady weight, but i know for a fact i will need to increase calorie intake consistently in the upcoming weeks. i know i need to be eating more around 5000 calories in the last third of the cycle, AT THE LATEST. i bought myself injectable b12 and have planned to shoot 1000mcg/ml every 3 days through out the cycle. now is this enough, or do you recommend more for quicker or better effect on appetite, since obviously im using it in hopes of getting an increase in appetite.....especially morning appetite for food.

3--- last but not least, the fina. im not sure if i should use since i know it will be another negative element on the quality of my sleep. but, fina is like the insurance drug. wanting to use it to ensure that i will get to my goal. its an awesome drug ive used it before and i know it will help in a great degree. should i use or should i drop. can i acheive the goal mentioned below without it.



by the way goals are to gain all the muscle mass i had lost in the last 9 months and more; long story but had mentioned my story before so no need to blab about it again. so, specifically wanting to gain about 30 pounds of muscle with no or very minimal fat gains and no extra water weight by the end of the cycle, and will ensure that with the use of a mild duiretic, if needed.

please, all gearheads, enlighten me and whoever else with any of your suggestions/comments. thanks.

A week ago?? and you don't think you can over train your body, Let's see school,work and how long and how many times a week do you work out and what ever you do in the mean while and you don't think your body can get fatigued.. How many cycles have you done in the past. How long have you been working out.. When you put this demand on your body did you acount for every thing that's going on in your life?
 
well Rocket man is right but to anwser your question, depending on your experience with AAS.

Everything looks good except I would run the dbol for only 3 weeks instead of 4. I like the Winstrol (winny) at the end and that is what I was going to do but I wouldn't throw in fina....deca/fina combo is hard to recovery from and makes you crash pretty hard. Leave it out but the rest looks good!! Good luck

been working out on/off for 4 years. at my peak had reached 220 pounds, 12 percent fat. standing 5 foot 8 inches tall. that was 10 months ago. have done three cycles in total consisting of test, deca, dbol, fina, proviron. and yes i did put my life into account, and this is one part of my life now. i have alot of things to do and the reason i mentioned it is just to point out that i dont have time every day to take advantage of things like lounging or napping, like most muscle oriented bros need to do for extraordinary gains....which thus led me to asking about how to enhance my night sleeps. obviously im looking for extraordinary gains in a busy time in my life. but im much happier that way. its been a long long VERY LONG time goal of mine to make a comeback and now finally after much crap, im able to lift again. school is not very physically draining. i study literature and i get to look at and interact with alot of admiring lonely-freckle-faced white girls. i like what i am learning in school and i can honestly say that school is sometimes like a nice getaway from ACTUALL STRESS.

OK you know your body needs rest but your lifestyle wont let you fit every thing you need to do in 24hours.. Well, it sounds like you're going through a phase that I like to call LIFE!!! *grin* Let me throw this in while I'm at it if you think we get to fucking loung around or take naps man you need to stay in school this is the real world 5 kids 12 hour days cook, clean round up kids to get ready to go to the gym keep in mind it's just me with the kids... Get home by 9pm so if I'm luckly I get in bed at midnight and up by 6am.. Lifting for 20 years This shit isn't easy, you must read Flex.. Man you just have to sacrifice and if this is want you'll do it I think you can and it will get better.. This is how much I love it this is my life and loving all the pain that come's with it.
