Hey im 19 years old and I have been working out for the past 2 years and has gained considerable amount of muscles. I really train hard in the gym. Finally, I decided to take steroids to improve my body's size up. I'm looking to have a model kinda body with decent sizes. Please suggest me a beginner cycle and pct to be followed after that.
My weight is 165 lbs.
height is 6 feet 2 inches.
DIET PLAN
meal 1 - oatmeal with 4 egg whites
meal 2 - 1 cup of brown rice with 16 oz. of chicken breast
meal 3 - chicken bugger, yoghurt, blueberry
meal 4 - 1 cup brown rice with 16 oz. of salmon fish
Now i goto the gym.
meal 5 - wheat breads with 4 egg whites
Apart from these I take cytosport monster milk as post workout, ds craze as pre-workout, Animal pak ( multi-vitamin), L- Glutamine(4 tabs daily)
I have been following this for about 6 months and muscle growth is really slow
