Suggestions for my third cycle

Greetings all...new member here. This is a solid site.
Anyways, I am 41 years old, weigh about 225 lbs, been lifting for about 12 years and I have done 2 cycles:
1) 500 mgs a week of Test E....made some good gains...kept about 17 lbs.
2) 500 mgs a week of Test E and 400 mgs a week of EQ...this one was a little disappointing as I gained a lot of fat because my diet wasn't dialed in. My strength and size did go up but the tire around my belly bummed me out.
Right now I am slimming down by watching carb intake and eating a lot of protein. I am wondering what a good third cycle would be once I'm done lowering the body fat.
As far as training, in the last year I have switched over to a powerlifting type routine with heavy core lifts and like the transformation but I seemed to have hit a plateau.
Any suggestions??
 
This is a difficult question because I don't know what you really want? I have cycled Test En. and EQ and stayed pretty lean and you said that your diet wasn't dialed in so you already know how to fix that problem. If you just want a lot more mass after you cut the fat, maybe run Test 500mg a week, Deca or EQ, and maybe throw in some Anadrol or Dbol if you want to get crazy. Only thing is that most orals bloat you with water if that is your concern, but your strength would increase. Anyone else?

welcome to ology bro . the extar fat/eating could have been the eq , a lot of people report appetite increases from eq . i would try a test / tren cycle , tren gives better gains than eq and tren is great for strength . maybe something like test cyp or eth at 500-600 mg a week for 12 weeks along with tren at 75-100 mg eod if its acetate or if you can find it tren eth at the same time as your test injects at 300-400 mg a week . start post cycle therapy (pct) 2 weeks after the last eth shot
 
Thanks Dawg...I was actually leaning towards Tren E to stack with the QV Test E I already have. Do I run the test longer then the Tren or do I run them both for the full 12 weeks? I will also use L-dex and HCG throughout the cycle and have Nolva onhand for gyno symptoms and PCT.

they are both eth esters so the same time will work fine :)
