Im 6'1 205lb 39yrs old Male...

I havent worked out in about 7 years other than the normal everyday lifting at work...
I hired a trainer to whip me in shape, he started me on a diet of 5 meals of 2 proteins and 1 carb & very low sodium...
My body has gotten soft around the lower belly and love handles that i dont love...I want to do a strict lifestyle change with eating correctly and getting in shape sooner than later...I have never done steroids but my trainer suggested for faster results for me to start a cycle of test 300 once a week, Winstrol (winny) 50mg (Mon-Fri) & Anavar 10mg (mon-Sat) all at once...I need to know if this sounds like a good stack or could this be to much for a beginner...
 
brother,get your diet in check,go to the diet section and hit up the MOD 3J and he will help you with your diet,then i owuld suggest doing a test cyp or test enanthane cycle for 12-14 weeks for your first cycle,and leave all that other stuff alone for now.....and i agree,kick your trainer in the nuts,trust me bro,he will mess you up with what he suggested you do
 
Agree with bullseye. I don't know how long you've been training but you should train SERIOUSLY for AT LEAST 6 months before you jump on gear. You can really mess up your tendons and joints if they're not used to stress and strain. Write down your diet and go hit up 3J bro. Winstrol (winny) is bullshit and is HORRIBLE for your joints and just dries your muscles out and then when you come off it you gain all the water back. Just focus on your diet and training for a few months and get your body fat down before you start (more bodyfat you have, the more test converts to estro which causes gyno) Then start on a TEST ONLY cycle with c or e like bullseye said. agree ^.............3 compounds is not a beginner cycle, becareful of listening to guys in the gym bro. They may have there own ajenda.
