hi im a 21 year old lad, 80kg (176lbs) about 5ft10/11 and a bf of at a guess.. 15/16%
as you can tell, not the biggest of lads but i have been training and its showing and now i just want to try and cut up a bit for the summer, which im sure none of you can blame me for, just wondered if there was any body out there that could help me with my diet? the best type of diet? etc
im hearing a lot about keto dieting? could some body please give me some help with this??
also the best kind of cardio. fast/slow/endurance/intense??
