Hey guys I'm looking for some advice. I am getting ready to start a super dmz 2.0 run but since I havent ran this before I'm curious if I would make any gains on a moderate cut diet. I want to be gettng cut by may so I dont k now if I should just keep bulking another month while on still. In the past I have run 2 superdrol cycles with good gains on a mass diet.

It depends on how lean you already are. You certainly make the most out of PH's with a caloric surplus in my opinion, but it's also not unusual to use them during cuts, it really depends on where you are physically at the moment. If you need to keep cutting, I'd keep cutting, but if you're near your goal physique BF% wise, then bulk.

My stats are 5'10" 195 I would guess about 16% bf no abs showing. I would like to be 215 and maintain that weight but I would also like to be cut for summer I just was thinking if I bulk one more month while on dmz and gain as much as I can then cut for summer. Does that seem realistic?

Sorry, my settings weren't set on "Subscribe to threads."

How's your metabolism? and how do you define cut? You can be cut in the upper body, great delts, landscaped upper back, well sculpted bi's & tri's and still lack visible abs, or is your definition of cut as having visible abs? Me personally, at an estimated 16% bf, I would continue cutting. If you bulked from 195 to 215 on a single cycle, it's not going to be all LBM and you may struggle a bit to get your bf% back down to your liking by summer, but again, that goes back to your definition of being cut. My standards are by no means correct per se, it's all subjective, but I wouldn't suggest bulking until your around 12%, maybe visible 2 pack, completely flat abs. I'm probably a meso-endo, so losing weight is an uphill battle, while putting on size is a breeze, so I tend to see it from a "cutting is difficult" perspective. I'm currently cutting as well, about 5'9, 195, maybe 14-15% bf. I have visible top abs, no love handles, but my lower abs still has fat. I'm going to run Super-DMZ 2.0 next month, but cycle eating maintenance/caloric deficit with continuing my cut in mind. I'll up my calories during PCT, but that's a testosterone issue.

The last few sentences were right on a have 2 visible abs but still lower ab fat and no love handles. And to be honest I have never tried to fully cut before because I have wanted to try and gain as much as possible.

You appear much bigger when your musculature isn't hidden under excess fat. I think you should continue your cut.
