Super High Test Levels at 100mg/Week

Diagnosed with secondary hypogonadism.
Started at 100mg enanthate E7D. After 5 weeks my results are as follow:

Test - 22.40 ng/ml (2.2-9.8 range)
E2 - 54.75 pg/ml (8-36 range)

So my testosterone levels are over twice as normal range only at 100mg weekly.
Considering 100-150mg will put most people in their normal range, how come my results are so high?
Also I don't feel any different than I was a month ago at very low T. I know Estradiol is also elevated, but my mood, libido and everything else is exactly as it was.

What advice would you give me? My next doctor's appointment is scheduled in 2 months sadly.
I was considering lowering the dose to 50mg/week and see how it goes. Also no AI or SERMs at that stage.
E2 should lower along with testosterone on it's own.

Everybody's different. Some guys need 80mg/wk some 250+

What were your levels pre TRT?
High estrogen can make you feel just as lousy as low t. You need to either decrease your dose or run and ai.
Did you run a sensitive or regular test for e levels?

The full benefits of TRT wont be apparent as early as 5 weeks.

Here is my blood tests before TRT i.imgur.com/HiTili6.jpg
It was a sensitive test. I just couldn't figure out how come 100mg (70mg of test minus esters) would make my testosterone skyrocket like this. Do you have any clue?

Did you check peak or trough levels? Regardless the result is high whichever you checked.

How much do you weigh?

I am assuming you are male, but I thought I should ask just to make sure.

You believe?? Is this fact or your opinion at the doses he is taking I dont think there will be any ill effects to his kidneys at all even running a standard cycle of 500mgs of test the negative effects are small or non existent I've had bloods to back this up as I've had problems from taking orals in the past and nothing at all from test and that's running much higher doses than were talking here

pre existing kidney function. Chill out ment-man:freak::laugh:

Yes, my opinion - hence "I believe".

I'm not saying that test contributes to declining kidney function. I do think that the reason some of us older guys need less testosterone is due to generally declining kidney function with age.

With natural feedback, clearance rate is compensated for by the body. With exogenous medications this feedback is bypassed.

If the OP stated his age, I missed it.

So After 4 days (day before next injection) I took another labs:

Test - 5.86 ng/ml (2.2-9.8 range)
E2 - 45.26 pg/ml (8-36 range)

As you can see my testosterone levels dropped hugely.
What dosage and frequency do you guys think I should be doing?

P.S (I also checked SHBG and free test, but my blood sample was sent to another lab and it will take 2-3 weeks for results)

There is no way you went from 2240ng/dl to 586ng/dl in 4 days. Something is wrong with your results. Probably my the first set of labs.

It is possible, when you have very low SHBG like I do (labs in 2nd post)
On TRT it's probably even lower.

I've changed my protocol to 30mg E3D and my test was around 6 ng/ml after 2 days. Raised the dosage to 50mg E3d and now it's around 10 ng/ml.
Also taking 12.5 mg of exe E3D and it lowers my E2 from 50 to 22pg/ml very nicely.

On the other hand believe it or not I absolutely do not feel any changes to my mood, libido etc. at all from the very beggining of TRT. I am the same guy with low T symptoms as I was over 2 months ago.
It pisses me so much I have no bloody idea what else I can do other than waiting.

Any ideas?
