Super low estrogen levels....please help!

Looking for some advice here...I am particularly concerned with my E2 level as I am experiencing the general symptoms that coincide with low E2.

This is from my blood report - everything else was in normal range.

TSH 0.216 Low Normal Range: 0.450-4.500 DV

Prolactin 2.7 Low Normal Range: 4.0-15.2 DV

Estradiol <6.0 Low Normal Range: 7.6-42.6 DV

I ordered this blood work on my own and not under a doctors care so I am a bit lost on what this all means. I have been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for over a year now and have done a couple cycles this year as well. With both my testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and cycles I have taken HCG 250iu 2-3 X per week.

Any thoughts on how to get one's E2 level UP?

^^^ this. If using an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) decrease dosage.

Also going By just TSH you're hyperthyroidic. I'd look into a full thyroid panel to be sure.

up until about 2 months ago I was taking 12.5mg Aromasin (Exemestane). I stopped as taking it though as I felt like I didn't need it....literally no other explanation as to why I stopped.

I am 38 - 200lbs - 10% bf - 5'11. My testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is 160mg test cyp/week (2x80 per week) with 3 x 250iu HCG. My last cycle ended mid-june.....I was taking an Aromison @ 12.5 EOD up until 2 months ago. I also took T3 @ 100ug for July and August. Finally, I take a good amount of liver sups and other vitamins. Have you ever heard that Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) - human chorionic gonadotropin - can kill estrogen? or maybe possibly the T3 has something to do with this? I was planning on running another cycle soon but am not sure now. However, with 420mg test testosterone propionate/week and no aromatase inhibitor shouldn't my estrogen hypothetically go up? Last time I had my Estrogen checked was after my cycle of Test/Tren/Mast last fall and the level was 16.

How long after going back to normal testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) did you take this test?

HCG in fact aromatizes so if anything it would increase E2 not decrease it. T3 as far as I know will not affect E2 in any way. If you cycled yes, E2 would def go up but you don't want to use a cycle as a "fix". You should find out the true cause of it, maybe a it was a fluid test who knows. Get retested on your normal testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) protocol so you can rule out outside cofactors.
