Super Pump with Bioperine added

Anyone ever mix theses two together.

Mixed it together for my morning workout. Brewers yeast in it to. Let you know if any difference.

Super Super Pump, kind of pump where your arms won,t go straight.

Added 10 mg of bioperine capsule. Don,t know if it was the Brewers Yeast better absorption or Super pump absorption.

Will repeat tomorrow
