Supplements and cutting

You don't have to take anything - Cutting can be done without the Drugs, the supplements and the rest of the gimmicks.

All your going to need is

A.) Good Foods
B.) Sound Weight and Cardio training
C.) REPEATING A and B every day for weeks.

What (general) supplements should be taken during cutting. excluding ECA. WOuld NO2 or any nitric oxide products help? thanks
1) Glutamine ( up to 40 grams a day!)
2) Multi-Vit ( do we count that as a sup?)

You can get the Glutamine NOS (MetRx) if you respond well to Arginine. i like it.

Agreed, but a good multi will make sure you're getting all the needed vit's.

Well of course a good multi is okay - Just trying to get it out of his head that some miracle supplement will do the job.

Well I've been training for quite a while, a supplements are what they are. They are there to supplement your diet and training. I did not ask "should I take supplements" I asked what "supplements could I take" while cutting. I know that I can cut without drugs, but since when is NO2 a fucking drug? Any way,

I'm currently taking a multi vitamin, and was looking for something to help boost my workouts a little bit. I was thinking No2 because, from what I've researched, it pushes blood to your muscle to creat the pump. If this is true then it should be very effective during cutting because the biggest issue with cutting is recovery and lost muscle. But if you have the pump going then you have blood coming to your muscles therefore the opportunity for increased recovery. Or am I totally wrong about this?

I hear glutamine is really good too, Some swear by it while others don't. I'll look that up. Thanks guys

the theory behind the n02 is somewhat correct but that alone won't prevent muscle loss. I think you're looking for a bost so maybe an ECA stack or some sort of stimulant. Try a cup of coffe and half a bagel before your work out. That should give you the boost you're looking for w/o going for a "supp". glutamine is a very important branch chain amino acid. do a search on here and you;ll find out all you need to know about it.

Like i keep saying - A planned out nutrition and training program will cause little muscle mass loss. No supplements needed.

Don't get mad at me cause i'm trying to save you some damn cash!
