Surprising post pct bloodwork. Help please.

I finished a Test prop only cycle a couple months ago. I just got my bloodwork done this week. This is 6 weeks after coming off of pct. The numbers are a bit surprising and was wondering if anyone could help provide any explanation and advice.

Pre cycle bloods:
Test - 588
LH - 5.3
FSH - 4.6
Estradiol - 19.5

Post cycle bloods:
Test - 749
LH - 4.0
FSH - 2.6
Estradiol - 50.2 (high)

Both pre and post cycle bloods were drawn at the same time in the morning. Wasn't expecting my test to be that high as well as the e2 levels. What is going on here? Do I need to get back on the aromasin to drop my estrogen levels or do I just wait it out and check again in a couple months? Please advise.

what are your full stats? age, weight, etc?

32 years old
5'4" 147lbs current (pre cycle 138lbs) BF ballparking around 12-13%
1st cycle ever
350mg test prop per week @ 100mg eod week 1-3
525mg test prop per week @ 150mg eod week 4-6
12.5mg aromasin eod week 1-6

Follwed by a 3 week PCT
Nolva 40/20/10
Clomid 50/25/25
Aromasin 12.5/12.5/6.25

Just to clarify. I waited 6 weeks after being off the serms to get tested. Not 6 weeks after last inject.

Wait it out, you my still have some remnants of SERMs acting goofy on the blood test. You should stabilize in a couple more weeks.
